Save your money and just get a rebuilt 302 shortblock, if you actually seen the material that is bored off the walled .30, it is such a tiny amount and the amount of HP out of it is a miniscule 2-3HP max.
The only reason people bore engines over, is if the walls are too scored to save with a simple hone. So boring it is what has to be done, some do it because they "THINK" it gives an insane amount of power, but more than anything it just sounds cool to say.
