Ran it on a few setups with stock pistons and 1.7rr, never had an issue. But you should always check!

hmm i have a tfs1 cam with 1.6rr its installed straight up..what are the advantages to advancing/retarding cam timing

tfs1 1.7's no probs here..see 6500 no prb..not that it makes power up there..but it handles it
