I know what it is! I was actually going to buy one of these for my 98 back when I lived in Phoenix, but decided against it- mostly because I couldn't find anyone there who knew how to tune with it! I'm not sure if I'd have any better luck up here or not?
Regardless, I went to grad school in Urbana-Champaign, IL which is about 30 minutes from Clinton, where Anderson Ford is located. I've spoken to Rick numerous times in person- what a nice/knowledgeable guy!

I know Urist is very proficient with this setup. He's only about an 11hr drive!
