67Stang in his N/A carbed 331 '67 coupe vs. Kevin Locke in his 331 Procharged, intercooled 5.0 coupe ('89?). Chirag hit 11.69 at 118 w, 1.54 60 ft- Oustanding!

Kevin Locke vs John Giasi. Both 331 Procharged intercooled, 9 second street driven coupes! John hsas been in MM&FF w/ his ultra sanitary machine (silver one). Kevin just swapped from C4's (busted 3) to powerglide (Green one). Kevin won the day w/ an incredible 9.20 at 150.7mph!!!!!. John was having tranny/converter issues but still ran 9.7's at 137mph. My best shot of the day!

Weather was perfect, track was well prepped! I saw one broken axle and one drive line lost. My buddy in his white 67 firebird (huge snorkel) was knocking down 1.46 60 foots with cal tracks.
