The best way to do it is to get a piece of string and wrap it around the pullies in the way the belt would run. Now measure how long the string would be to complete the loop. Take out like half an inch for the tensioner. So if you measured 80 inches, you'd need a 79.5 inch belt. Usually the last three numbers in a belt part number are the length. For example, the belt for a PS/AC car is 5060910, so 910 is 91.0 inches. The belt for a PS, no AC car is 5060845 so 845 is 84.5 inches. So you should be able to take your measurement and just add it to the end of 5060.

How did you route it? The way its routed for 73" in the picture didn't work for me because the belt would rub itself with the down pressure from the tensioner. My belt worked after I routed it like 70.5" belt picture. So mine goes from power steering to water pump to crank then to alternator not power steering to crank to water pump to alternator.

If you are just looking for a 6 rib belt at 71.5" then it will be part# 4060715 Continental (Goodyear) or AC Delco # 6K716.
