I need to replace all 4 tires on a chevy silverado.
Stock size for a 2002. Are the prices at Costco worth it? Or should I just hit up a regluar tire shop? I don't shop at Costco very often and I don't have a clue as to how long the wait might be to get the tires swapped out.

I have bought a couple sets from them. Theyre usually a couple bucks cheaper. I got a set of 4 for my car for about $50 cheaper if I remember right.

As the line goes, get there right when they open. Costco is always busy, at least the one in South Sac.

It will most likely be cheaper. Just avoid going in on the weekends or holidays. Should get done in no time.

i usually get tires from america's tire and just have them price match discount tire direct since its a sister company.

i have only had good experiences w/ americas tires..i dont get the uneasy feeling i would have taking my car into a costco especially if youre mounting some premium wheels.
had them mount 21's on my SUV and didnt have an issue at all. cant say i would feel the same about costco.
aside from great service and prices, i like the fact that you can schedule a time slot to take ur car in so wait time is shorter.

Costco I think is a good bargain for stock tires. We've used them on our daily drivers

they have free balance and rotation if you bought and installed them at costco. and you cant beat their warranty. either by defect or sidewall damage, the tires can be prorated and replaced. they can special order tires as well
