.. Just getting back into the street racing scene.. One thing I notice is I don't see as many foxbody mustangs anymore.. Used to run into a 5.0 every other stop light ready to run'em .. Now I'm lucky if I find a v8... Everyone is rolling in 6cyl.. Idk? Lol.. Maybe I'm in the wrong place looking for some weekend light to light battles.. Lol

Haven't seen many lately around the Brentwood area either. Not sure where they all went.....
Most of them probably trashed or wrecked, then went to the Racirx redistribution program!!

I see them every day. Not just in my driveway but they're around my neighborhood riding every day rain or shine.

Well, If I see some on the public roads usually they're stock but I don't see any buckets if only I go to a sydeshow lol. Mines is a bucket right now but it's slowly getting bodywork done by me. Just a little resto mustang with a rebulit 302.

The reason you dont see them that much is because Everybody's financing 2011+ 5.0s with little money down and they are reliable because they are new. Not everyone has or wants to dump 5k+ cash on a fox to make it clean, all you see is budget gt40p headed motors.. I see a lot more Hondas when I visit San Jose.

True, but the Foxes don't just disappear. They must get sold or stored in backyards/garages.
Probably sold to the kids and swang 'em until they break!!

For a lot of people it's easier to get a loan for 20k then save 8-10k to get in a clean fox body.

If Ref Tickets weren't a problem, I think you would see more on the road, that's what stops me from driving my 86 Saleen until I put it back to stock
