A lot can factor into the price. Is the JJ Stokes autograph..... Pre or Post Romo Spitting in his face? Is the Lott one Pre or Post finger cutting?
Lastly.... What is a Raiders fan doing with some vintage SF items?

A good gauge of what an autograph is worth is what that person charges at shows for an autograph. Obviously what the autograph is on and the person's status is factors in to it, but generally photos don't go for very much.
You can find that exact photo autographed for $20. http://romito.com/JJ-Stokes-San-Francisco-49ers-Autographed-8X10-Photo-P5513574.aspx
Ronnie is worth more (obviously because he was a bigger star). That's probably worth $60-$70.
