These situations are really common.: 1) Wife informs husband that he will be selling his car "or else". 2) Husband puts car up for sale at such an elevated price that he knows the car isn't going anywhere.

Or realize what he's doing and get mad at him. From there it's impossible to predict what's going on inside her head...... Irrational thinking went out the window when she started to fixate on the object her man spends too much time and money on.

Anyone who allows their woman to make you sell the car is a chump, plain an simple.
If they allowed you to keep the car prior to marriage and sell after is clearly the wrong woman in your life.
That woman needs to be called out as soon as that shit starts to occur.
A woman that tries to systematically destroy your passions needs immediate attention in a verbal beat down.
Seen to many of my friends go down hill this way and now I have much fewer car buddies since the "V" got in the way.
