It sounds like your surrounded by nothing ass people, you don't realize it now but the sooner you stay the fuck away from people who aren't there to help and support you, the sooner you will have everything you want. My uncle was young when he ruined his credit and hes now 35 and needed a car because his brokedown i ended letting him borrow some of my savings and now hes almost done paying me.. I said im 22 your like 40 im barely starting my career. you want to brag about your 200k home in cheap ass Sacramento that your paying off..how about I brag about my 500k apartment complex and take my paycheck to Sacramento so you can see I make more than the 600 your expecting me to make and I can slap you with it after?

I work off comission, I don't show up and get paid, I earn every dollar I make. Tomorrow isn't promised to me and I can't sleep walk through a paycheck like most other people do. Sometimes I work my ass off just to see it all go down the drain and get paid zero. You probably work your ass off but if you don't play the game of life right the 3000 or so you get from the IRS will end up costing you 9k . Don't make excuses for other people, it is what it is. You gotta let people figure it out without your bailouts other wise you'll be on permanent save a HO mode.

You can't qualify for shit with your bad ass credit and sad ass schedule c, otherwise you'd be rolling something newer than 10 years old no warranties and shit. I'd rather make payments and set money aside in my investments so I can enjoy my lifestyle when I retire. How's your SEP Ira performing playa. Better play things right on your medical plan otherwise you'll end up on social security and obamacare later on.
