Anyone bored out the 4.6?

I think most machine shops charge $40-$50 per cylinder for a straight bore. Usually they charge something like $20 more if you want them to use a torque plate when boring.

Huh...interesting, how much do you guys think it would cost to bore the 4.6 to a 302? I remember a couple years back I saw a bad ass mach 1, the guy had a 302 emblem and a turbocharged emblem on it. If it were really a bored out turbo I bet that thing went ridiculously fast

Easiest way is a 4.75" stroker crank.

I paid about $250 for a bore/hone with torque plates about a year ago for my motor..
