If I remember correctly that property was a field for quite some time (home was built in '88). I use to go past there all the time on my morning jogs and hit up Hellyer's bike trail. Just from memory there were a lot of car crashes there. I would see cars parked there all the time from fender benders and what not. Not sure that has anything to do with it, but that is what I recall.
