Man these guys chose the wrong house to break into, And the fucked up part is it looks like torres is probably getting manslaughter. How do you get charged for defending your own family and home.

what are you supposed to do in this situation? I applaud this guy for defending his family and it's a damn shame if they charge him for anything.

In most states now the 3 survivors would be charged with Murder. Seeing that a death happened while they were committing a felony crime. I don't see the home owner being charged seeing that 911 was called and he was defending his family.

I remembered my master told us when I use to do tae kwon do that I guess by knowing a martial art u are consider a lethal weapon. But being that this guys were in his property may be a different story. Just hope he dont get charged
