I'm hoping they listen to this guy's suggestion. I might put a bet or two out if they fix the officiating some day.

The calls have been horrid this year I think in part that players are getting stronger and faster and the nfl is putting so much emphasis on concussion that they're so damn trigger happy to call personal foul calls.

How about fining a ref for a bad call . especially if it causes a team to lose a game or a player be fined.
