I bought some 18" black with red tape around the rims saleens from a member here. I went to put on some tires to find out 1 rim has small cracks and 1 rim bent... Don't know the Jcats name but he's from San Jose.... It's entirely my fault for going at night and inspecting them thoroughly. I'll take the loss but just wanted to warn you guys

What did the guy say about the tape? Did he say he put them on because of the crack? Or did he fail to disclose there was a crack at all?
