So I finally tried my luck and picked up this hood from EBay. The company is ABC exclusive. I paid $399 with free shipping. I was definitely a little nervous, but I'm pretty happy with their product especially since its about the same price as a used fiberglass hood. Here are some pics. Anybody know who does vinyl wraps in the East Bay?
Before
Packaging, came from Texas. No dents or crushed corners.

I just bought a hood from "hood4sale" on ebay. It started cracking within days of purchasing. I sold it and lost $50 just so I didnt have to deal with it. Lesson learned.

Yeah there are definitely some cheap hoops out there. I actually did a little background check on this company 1st. Its a family run company, made in TX USA! They had really great reviews on EBay and their site. They have been in business for almost 20 years.

The previous owner did it himself. They are Maier Racing flares.

I got my hood from that website for my 85 and I been having that hood for about a little more then a year and it still has no cracks.. It was a great hood for a very good price and it's hard to find hood for 85-86 period

Lol test fit bro. Didn't want to pay $300 for a carbon fiber wrap or paint to find out the hood fits like shit. Its coming off this weekend.
