so last night around 12am in vallejo some lady backed into me(i think she was drunk) it's nothing too bad just my driver side headlights
as I am only 17 I wasn't thinking about getting any information cause iono I was just mad and wasn't thinking right, I was able to get her name and phone number, can I even do anything with that?
