My 2013 mustang has that also. Its called track apps. Records you 0-60 1/8th and 1/4 times, braking distance, g forces ect. Its pretty cool

No its not a launch control. I believe the Gt500s have the launch control version tho.

Correct. GT500 has launch control left of the steering wheel. 5.0 with track apps has the standard stuff mentioned.
