It looks good for a couple days... But after weeks my hood turned dusty and textured looking.. For the price of the cans at $7-8 each. get duplicolor paint shop *ready to spray* ten times better, and one can is needed.

Duplicolor on the bottom, plasti-dip on the top

The best way i've found to make it look clean is by a quick rinse with just water and wiping a coat of tire shine on it. Obviously it doesnt get all the dirt and grime out, but it looks a solid deep satin black. I believe dipyourcar.com sells special cleaners for it though. Another thing i like about it is its really easy to apply, your chances of sags, runs, etc are slim to none. I've had this stuff on my wheels for over a year and it still looks great after a wipe with tire shine! Although it will never compare to real paint or powder coat, sometimes you gotta get creative within your budget!

My boy just sprayed his entire car with that stuff a couple days ago. Looks great and only to about a dozen cans hahaha. Pretty worth it but trim paint looks identical to it and last longer

I think the whole point of plastic dip is you can take it off and its reversible , unlike paint or powder coating.

I like it. The thing is you're going to have to add multiple layers of it. Because if u don't. It will be hard to peel off! I remember I added 2 layers and sucked when I tried taking it off. . I also like that it can protect the rims from grime and such things like that. Think of it as a protectant as well.

Here's my rims. Bought brand new don't want the polish to get mest up
