So I've been waiting for this radio to be released since last September. It just came out last month and I got a killer sale price on it with cj pony parts that I couldn't pass up on. It's the retro sound model 2. Pretty cool radio. It can connect to your iPhone via USB or you can even hook up to your phone with Bluetooth. My prior radio was a custom auto sound which finally gave out. I'm very happy with the quality of it, metal knobs vs. the old plastic ones. Plus now no more cd changer in the glove box. (Yes I was stuck in the late nineties) The old radio even had a cassette deck! [Smile] The new radio has the ability to change colors too.

I had bought some blue LEDs for my gauge cluster to change everything from green to blue but when I went to install them the pins that hold the light in the socket crushed. Typical cheap Ebay Japanese parts! Oh well!!

I like the looks of this one. I also had a custom auto sound unit but it never worked and felt cheap.
