Anyone have a good torque wrench in or near sacramento? Need to borrow a wrench that starts at 10ft/lbs, or and in/lb torque wrench. My Mac torque wrench starts at 25 ft/lbs, and the loan a tool auto parts brands look like harbor freight products.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, just need to torque down a few bolts properly. plz reply or pm me if you can help me out thanks in advance

putting on lower intake manifold, was told to torque the bolts to 20ft lbs and take a few sequences, like 10-15-20.
unless theres a better way?

yeah just hand tighten them...you can use a sequence but hand tightening is all you need...
