Depends, how much experiance do you have with class a trucks?

I found mine to be easy but i had been around these trucks for a while. I passed all the test on my first try. Written/air brakes/ pre trip/air brakes/skills/drive.

I passed all my permit tests the first try except one. ( the DMV guy then asked me a few questions I missed and then I passed it.)
I didn't study very hard for the test due to my work schedule and I failed the air brakes portion.... You have to make sure you nail all of that stuff.

The walk around is pretty easy, especially for guys who already know about car parts. I think most Cafords members could point out a steering box, water pump & alternator LOL.

The skills portion if you have some experience with driving isn't hard at all. The only thing I lost points on was the parallel parking. But honestly your almost never gonna parallel park on a street.

Good Luck with the test.
( make sure you take ALL the endorsements now because if ou wait, you will have to retake ALL the written test again. )

Skills test is easy. Just make sure everything you do far as the skills test go you let the truck move by idle only and you'll be good. Parallel parking isn't hard at all. Your going to take the test pulling a small trailer. Find a point on the trailer (the landing gear) or somewhere around the landing gear and use that as your stoping point when you start doing your turns. When you see that landing gear you know it's time to stop and crank the wheel in the opposit direction to get that trailer where it needs to be.

Just make sure you stop in between your turns. That's normally where people fail the parallel test at because they run out of space because they don't stop between turns. I passed every test the first time and other people from other truck schools that where taking there's failed the parallel because they try to rush through it. Good luck bro!
