well just for laughs. i watched the tape or long video. for a guy that says he built the motor, why is he pointing the camera at the water pump calling it a timing chain cover? and why does he not know a t45 is a tremic trans? and he even states that i put the same center force clutch back in it!!!!! this is now is hilarious for me! im sorry! but why would anybody take a chance of swapping any motor n trans and put the dope clutch back in it? and lol hes even calling a ford motorcraft oil filter a fram filter! And yes i am guilty of not putting the plugs back in it, but i did tell the real owner steve that i didn't cause what was the point? the motor has to come out. i will be making copies of all this now, and starting my own small claims case against my accuser for slander to the full amount. only if he makes a u tube apology to Duncan motors about his sad mistake. and a very big <up with Duncan motors> as in apology here on ca fords. a real man can admit hes wrong , and i might even have a second opinion about this tree top fella and except his im sorry. heh shit happens, sometimes for beginning mechanics, it is embarrassing to look over your work, and after some time later as u slowly improve the worse it looks. well all i can say for now is if this guy that claims he assembled the motor, ever finds out what a timing cover is, and where it might be located, maybe he can take it off, and he will find a brand new reluctor ring. if he would like and if he doesn't monkey it off, and ruin it like u can clearly see the rest of the parts he has touched on the car, maybe he could return it to me, so i could refund it at the dealer so i could get some of my money back. the one thing i can say about my shop is, i use the right tools for the job, no metric tool on standard sized bolts, or vise verse, 12 point tools on 12 point bolts or nuts, and 6 point goes on 6 point bolt and nuts. This does make it hard to see if any thing has been touched, but i do pride my self and my help that if we show signs of working on a vehicle where doing something wrong, or being sloppy. This is unacceptable. i bent over and still will bend over for my customers. I take a loss here and there, just like i did for this guy Steve so he could scratch up some money for a new motor, I was full aware he was having transport problems, and this was his only vehicle to and from work. i still feel bad for Steve vehicular problems, but look who claims to assembling it and don't remember his own work or even know where a timing chain cover is.

i asked myself the same question. i thought in the mid-90s tremec took over production for borg warner and i think they were all stamped tremec after that point.
