If any of you drive a 1988-93 5.0 and swapped out your power steering for a manual steering. What changes did you have to make?
Please give me detailed information because I have considered swapping out the power for the manual steering. Thanks all!

I have just did this swap. You will need a new steering shaft, outer tie rod ends, new rack mount bushings, oh and the rack and pinion. Look to the whole kits, as piecing it together will cost you more in the long run.
