Short answer: No
most intel GPU's are on board, meaning they are integrated into the board. From what I've seen so far, you're stuck with what you bought. They are also not the best when it comes to graphics but they serve the majority of the people without many issues. This type of package is typical of off the shelf laptops, you really need to look at all options if you are considering future upgrades.
Laptops are not very easy to upgrade, and many of them will have additional costs to them when you do so. I've built up 3 laptops from spare parts, while it was fun to do. It also cost quite a bit of additional cash on top of the price of the initial laptop purchase.
If you're going to do upgrades, stick to desktops much easier to do tweaks and mods provided the standards dont change. When you purchase a laptop buy the best you can right form the start and enjoy it.

I'm pretty sure you can upgrade the video card no problem, there is just a few steps you have to take before you make the switch. You must turn off the intergraded video card from the bios then you should be able to put a new card in aslong as its pci-e and the instillation of the card isn't a big deal a few screws on the back panel an pop it out an you should be good to go
