I wouldn't normally do this but my brother is a turbo fabricator for v6 stsngs. He has a complete 3.7 2011 setup with automatic Trans, and harness. I'm thinking k member mods and a stand alone.
Why would I want to do this?! The engine is already there and we had it stored for about a year and is not being put to use. Power adders are to be planned i.e two hair dyers.

Any positive input would be great. You can get an idea as to why I'm planning to go this route if you go to Tmaturbo.com
Which is my brothers website.

But looks like he makes one for a 87-93 5.0, why don't you just use that one? Also does he make a T-6 setup for a 87-93 5.0, I am looking for just a Hotside to run a GT8817?

Considering I'm given the opportunity to use a longblock ( entire engine plus harness) that is aluminum and his transmission. It seems enticing to try to research to do the swap. May cost more in the long run and a headache or two. However, the project would fit his business theme: boosted V6's. I'm sure my brother can chime in about your hot side piping inquiry.
Thanks,
Donald

lol So do i. Not tt style, but i do want to put the 2011 v6 with a auto in my 77. 305hp in a 2500lbs car. It would get 35+ mpg and still run in the low 12's. bone stock. [patriot]

The same thought ran through my head. An aluminum block v6 with its transmission in a fox body would hypothetically get better MPG than the 2011 mustang v6, and also perform perform better (aside from the tourqe aspect).
