Not if you do it right and use a heat gun.

Really hard to ruin paint when rolling fenders on a foxbody in the rear, but on a 65 mustang you have to be real careful on the front fenders because they flex too easy.

Yo neight this is what i did when i lowered my whip. First jack the side of the tire up and I used a heat gun around the fender(the part that is being rolled) then i stuck a wooden bat in it, dropped the car from the jack a bit, the car should lOwer and roll the bat left to right and fenders should roll! Jack it back take the bat out and repeat the steps! Hope that helps [ May 21, 2012, 12:33 PM: Message edited by: FiveTenGT ]

You would be surprised on how easy it is to do with a hammer and if your worried about paint score a line in the paint on the inside of the fender with a utility knife (razor blade) so it won't effect the outside paint and heat guns just warp fenders look at most fenders rolled with a heat gun and a fender roller almost all of them are warped from the heat
