I'm going to be pulling my engine and trans out of my clone and was wondering what would pass smog. Not visual but everything else. Looking for at least 350 rwhp my suspension is done for rear. But the front set up is needed. I'll be swapping kmembers

You said best. Not cheapest or easiest to find...
But S-Trim will get you there easy.

900hp on a stock bottom end.... Okay buddy. It doesn't matter how much boost or n20 you throw at a stock bottom end 5liter, you will never see 900hp.

You could probably get to about 4500 RPM before it blew up...

Lol, I know right. My boy has a twin turbo 87 GT @6psi with a zex wet nitro kit(150 shot ) fully built 347 with Afr185's and a built AOD. He's barely making 600hp(on a conservative tune) and runs mid tens.

You need NOS. One of the big ones... No, actually make it two... and you'll need them by tonight.
But seriously, +1 on the S-trim
