Anyone get one of these tickets? I got one on sunday N still fucken mad! What am I looking at?
Heres the story 100% Truthful:
I was backing out of my aunts driveway N my car bogs out for some reason when its cold so I reved it a bit while backing out instead of letting it die. SO when I put it into first I was still reving(very little) N I accidently let go too much clutch kuz my clutch cable is SOOOOOOO damn hard N my tires spun like 3-4 times which only did like 5-10 ft. N my luck a cop happened to be coming down the street as this happened N he pulled me over N gave me a ticket because I did it on purpose N did it for 100 ft. like foreals are you fucken kidding me!? N that I reached 30 mph(his estimate) in a 25. I was only like 3k rpm's in first.
Other info: The day before saturday the 27 he was gonna give me a ticket for blocking the sidewalk I literally parked there 5 mins before he came N ran my plates I went inside to ask my uncle if I can park my car in his driveway for the night. N on the day I got the ticket he kept passing by (according to my aunt) N that the same cop kept slowing down N looking at my car. Either way every time I go to my aunts this SAME cop keeps fuckin with me even when I had my honda ![[BS flag]](graemlins/bs_flag.gif)

You can try and fight it. If he really is messing with you, you can file a complaint against the officer.
But in reallity if you quit dressing like a damn Mexican Gang Banger he wouldn't mess with you. Now get your grown man on,start dressing like respectable member of your comunity. ![[Razz]](tongue.gif)

This happens when you own a 5.0
I'm actually surprised you didn't get an "Exhibition of Show", that seems more relevant even if that wasn't the case. If cops see tire smoke or here the screech they'd always give us an exhibition of show ticket back in highschool.

He's pulled me over 4 times 3 times obviously for nothing since this is my first ticket from him. Now is this normal for everytime a cop pulls you over they ask "are you on probation" "do you have any weapons on you" "any type of drugs"
BTW I was wearing a Mustang shirt black with every type of Mustang there is on it N a GIANTS hat with jeans N black nikes(no not cortez's)

There wasn't even smoke at all! But according to HIM there was a fat cloud that you couldn't see anything! It took every ounce of my not to just get out of the car N beat the shit out of him or not give him attitude.

Just obey the law around that area and next time let your car die instead of risking spinning the wheels nothing you can do about hater cops... Just be respectful as possible but to most cops they think all us fox owners are youn reckless punks.. look on youtube and see all the dumbass' speeding and swinging donuts thats how cops see us all..

I dont no how much money but go to morning court for sure they will drop alot of the cost as long as its not a fixed fine cost... But fuk the cost u gota be careful about your driving record as far as i heard a reckless is all bad on your record

take pictures of the street and try and come up with evidence that will show if you smoked up the street and reached 30mph while burning out it would leave marks on the road, the sooner you do it the better the evidence will be so they cant say the marks fadded away, you can also try and bring in your aunt to testify that he constantly fucks with you

Yeah I'll take piks this weekend N ask my aunt if she'll come kuz she was even out there when I spun the tires. I didnt even notice the cop pass by so many times but she likes to act like shes neighborhood watch kuz all her neighbors are tweekers, literally.

You got a reckless driving ticket for that? They better reduce that because you will get raped. If anything it should have been an 'Exhibition of speed" ticket. Going 120 mph on a freeway putting lives at risk is reckless driving.. not spinning out a couple times.

I'm guessing there's a percentage of us that were young and dumb at one time or another. Being dumb though requires you to have to fuck with the law now. My advice is to take ANY plea bargain and avoid court unless you have youtube video evidence to back it up, because police officer word is gold in a court of law. Unless you can discredit the cop, which if you dont have real money for the new OJ dream team you're not going to do. You wont shake it with a public defender. So weight the pluses and minuses of what having a wreckless driving ticket will mean to your record and how it pertains to your future employment plans. My wreckless was when I passed up 10 cars on my cbr1krr on a double yellow off of fiddyment near Roseville. One was an undercover, so I had to plead pay a fine(payment plan) and a couple weekends of community service picking up trash at Folsom Lake.
At least it wasnt a DUI
