Japanese people in Japan are the most honest and honorable people I have ever seen when I lived there. They don't lock up there stuff like cars bikes houses ect, and its so clean there also with no liter at all because it's looked down upon to be a criminal there, here in the US it's all about the come up. And come up by any means necessary, it's sad, but true.
