we'll see how it performs...they made car with 300hp before that didn't exactly run with other 300hp cars as well...

Yeah, but it would suck to be racing one and be looking at the tail lights the whole time.

i went to a class on direct injection. they can make a shit ton of power with how well they control fuel, only problem is there is nothing to clean carbon on intake valves. carb, tbi, and port fuel injection all used fuel to keep valves clean and now that is not an option. weve been getting a lot of direct injection cars fresh out of warranty at my shop and we end up pulling heads just to clean that shit up. most of the time the dealer had already done it during warranty, so on some cars this has to be done every 40k miles, and trust me its not cheap. im going to wait until car companies figure this shit out before going and buying any direct injection vehicle.

All the small automakers are coming out with some cool vehicles that put out some decent power. Just imagine... In a few years getting smoked by a Kia. lol
I wonder what that 5.0 sounds like. It suppose to come in a genesis r sedan I believe. May have to go test drive one for some laughs when it comes out.

It's a $50,000 car, a Mustang GT starts under $30k. If the Genesis R-spec were the same price as the Mustang, then I'd be impressed.

Oh the article I saw didn't say anything about them thinking of putting it in the coupe only the sedan but it would make sense since they both fit the v6 they wouldn't change up the engine compartment for one model
