an any add u run in the ford sale where u leave a number and tell or say to call, and people wont call but will just leave a message back.does that mean there not that serious?

usually for me, I cant make the call (at work/ or not appropriate time to make calls) but I can send a pm for me to check at a later time. and a call usually requires another person to be there on the other end when I could make the call (late night)
when its time to pick the parts up I will clear my schedule for it (wont clear my schedule to make a call)
