I got headers and 3 inch pipe with tips just laying around im not happy with my exhuast and was wondering can i just run my hi flow cats no mufflers n pass smog ect. If im not on it all the time i mean motorcycles and deisel trucks are stupid loud

Yes you'll still pass the sniffer at a smog check. Visual is another story. But that's once every two years.
as for back pressure, if you want back pressure, high flow cat's will produce more back pressure than most mufflers... especially mufflers like magnaflow's dynomax and Borla. (they call them "straight thru" for a reason)
