Author Topic: Getting my motor certified? quickblue302 ¯ Member # 7912 posted                              So I've got a 93 lincoln and I want to swap to the 96 to 98 cobra intake and still pass smog. I beleve the only way to do the swap legit is to get my motor certified as a cobra motor through a smog ref. Any Input?
