Why did dude close his gate at the end...lol. Rule of thumb is "who ever strikes first wins". Fool had his hands up like the Notre Dame Mascot...lol.

Haha. Dude closed his gate at the end as a sign of respect. He was problably thinking ... ( ok, your work is done here. We will close your gate and leave your property) But the owner of the house should not have got arrested, fined, or charged. He did everthing legal. Attacker put his has on him many times, and he felt threatened, so he defended himself. An he did not attack him while he was down on the floor.
