Pretty crappy, anyhow
I'm in the military and I just switched bases, was pretty excited about the move. I got in late on Wednesday, and right when I got in I had a ton of stuff to do to be able to function(laundry,rental car, check in hotel, get food, and get my kid all situated for me going to work)
Anyhow, I got a call from my new boss saying to come into work in the am. And after I talked for a minute it hit me how much crap I gotta do before I can even go in to work. So I started complaining to my wife about it, bitching and ranting. Pretty much just venting about the whole thing. I guess we both mentioned what an asshole he was for requesting to go in so early after a long drive. Anyhow, I go into work first day there, and get called into the office by all the bosses.. And he made it clear that I had somehow left a 5 minute long voicemail ranting and talking trash about him...So now I look like the biggest pos ever and that's my first impression.. Pretty much sucks. But I thought some of you guys would get a laugh out of it, I know I'd be cracking up if this didn't happen to me lol
But on a serious note I feel absolutely horrible, and am dreading the next 4 years.. All for some useless rant about someone I didn't even know.

He had called me to tell me to come in, so his number was in my recent calls and somehow it dialed his number and he didn't answer it but was probably the absolute worst time it could have pocket dialed ever as I happened to be ranting about the guy. 5 minute long voicemail talking shit was my first impression

LOL... Reminds me of this time about 10 years ago when I had a parts delivery job. I stopped off to smoke a blunt at my buddies house, & had my phone in my pocket. I guess my boss called me & I was unaware that I answered the phone in my pocket. He hears me saying things like "d@mn man Im hella lit, man thats some bomb @ss weed" LOL... he ended giving me sh*t for it later, but it was pretty funny at the time LOL...

Reminds me of the following... Unamed person's email account gets hacked by a hacker. The hacker changes the account password which means that the owner of the account can no longer login, ever. The hacker proceeds to send the must awful things you can imagine to the entire contacts list of that email account, posing as the account owner. The account owner can't do anything but contact yahoo and wait until they do something. The account owner periodically hears through the grapevine the types of things that are being sent from the individuals who are part of the account owners contact list. The account owner notifies "some" of the contacts to ignore the emails as it is not him that is sending them, but rather a hacker. However, the account owner cannot remember most of the contact email addresses.
AWFUL ![[Eek!]](eek.gif) For the record, I was one of the people on the contact list above... and this sounds like a nightmare for an email account owner, lol.
Contact list consisted of old friends, family, co-workers, bosses, etc... can you imagine, lol

LOL, pocket dial voicemail bomb is a funny situation to be in. When we were in high school, me and my buddies had a blast getting free waters from fastfood places then launching those waters at poor pedestrians on foot from the car. Well my buddy had spoken to his mom for a second, hung up and we continued "water bombing" people. He got home and got in deep shit cause his phone accidentally dialed his parents home phone and it left the voicemail with us creeping up on people, throwing the waters and then laughing afterwards. hahaha good times, but no your fucked on this one cause its not funny and military people dont like talk back even if they are wrong about having you come in early. Sounds like your in deep shit now. good luck

Lol, it's definitely an awkward situation. I just tried to apologize and explain that it was a meaningless rant, and nothing much more than that. I doubt he bought it, even though that's really all it was. Lol, I guess this is what life is about for people that aren't rich

Yeah, I got rid of my last phone it was an envy that pocket dialed all day. I got an iPhone 4 now, I have no idea how an iPhone pocket dials but w/e it happened. It was raining pretty hard maybe is why?
I need to get another mustang to keep my mind off how horrible these next months are going to be. Sucks driving a shitty rental car to a shitty job where I have a horrible reputation lol
I guess life goes on, it will be a good story for later I suppose

I buy 10 dollars worth every week lol. Basically get some every friday when i fill up for gas.

Well today went pretty smooth, I just felt like I was going to have a heart attack from anxiety lol
And yater I used to do the same exact thing with waters lol
looking back on it there was alot of really terrible things I did

Im at davis monthan now.. I did a base of preference to get closer to home ( Roseville) sucks I didn't get Travis or Beale but I'm happy I'm closer now. Well I was happy until this situation lol

Awhile ago my husband and i got in a big fight and he had went to his moms house and was talking to her about what happened.... well he had pocket called me while he was talkin shit to his mom about what happened. Well i listened for awhile but finally i couldnt hold my tongue any longer and said something lol its funny now that i look back but boy was i pissed when i got that pocket call
