thx sir...i am debating on whether to keep the 99 front bumper with 03 chin spoiler or go with an 03 cobra bumper all together

yeah i hear ya ...but the reason i havnt is because its not an 03..wanted to keep some aspects of the 99 but the 03 does look good.

Keep the 99/01 Front IMO. They are much more rare, & I always loved how aggressive they look.
