I'd say yes I paid way more for throttle bodies on my old GT plus it's Ford Racing parts.

I'm not an expert on these matters by any means but my last two GT's prior to the cobra had 75mm throttle bodies I paid almost $200 bucks for just the throttle body here you get a throttle body a plenum and spacer all FRPP for $169 plus 70 to 75 mm you're not going to feel anyways. Anyone else feel free to chime in here I'm not an airflow expert. [ September 14, 2010, 01:06 AM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

You will feel 6-9 hp. Lol. Honestly I would get some gears before a TB. Its your car and money though.

+1 you're not going to feel a throttle body CAI and exhaust is the same way you are not going to get all the HP they advertise but it is good for the car and they sound good.
For my money Mustangs should have CAI, catback, lowering springs but again your car your dime. [ September 14, 2010, 01:30 AM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

I read stockers are good for a lot of power, like they already said above not really worth it unless your making big power.

I mean i guess i couldn't really go wrong with it and i probably wouldn't feel a difference would i with the throttle body, plenum, CAI, and spacer? And also whats the Pros and Cons with the gears? How much is gears? Whats installation price? What would be best for a daily driver to school and work? and sorry for all the questions guys its my first car im only 18 and i dont know much about Mustangs i mean i know i would be able to install all this stuff other then gears of course. Thanks guys.

Stockers refers to stock parts and if you are 18 driving your vert to school you can hold off on gears. [ September 14, 2010, 02:24 AM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

Yea see that's why i haven't considered gears as an option yet but would you happen to maybe know how much installing those would cost? and i don't start school until spring time so i guess just work in the mean time that's why i have been thinking about playing with the car one step at a time

Gears are dependant on what shop you go to if you look in the vendor section MM has a special here in sacramento 3.73 gears installed for $450, but again man if you have a vert you are driving to school and work the gear thing is something I'd hold off on.

You're asking the wrong guy I had an '03 GT vert I wanted HP so 6 months later I bought an '03 Cobra lol Those cars are just not inherently fast man I got tired of throwing money into it. [ September 14, 2010, 02:46 AM: Message edited by: fstryde3 ]

I'd have to look I've had Cobra parts for the last 7 years but I think for a 99-04GT I have a Cold Air K&N, BBK Throttle Body, Mac H Pipe, Superchips Tuner/Programmer, Shorty Antenna,Tri Ax Short Shifter. I tossed a lot of crap when I moved like I said I haven't had a GT since 03.
