i heard about this video on a morning show i listen to (Opie and Anthony). They pointed out the time issue, and they pointed out the fact that some people look like manikis. And i think its FAKE!!!!!!

Ok, I've watched it like 50 times and after I finally quit laughing I really studied it, I honestly think its real. They may have had the camera set up for some stupid stunt that went seriously wrong.
