Topic: Ran over a deer Last night in my 66 mustang

was drivin home around 9:30 comin down from Fair Oaks Blvd on Sunrise when all of a sudden this big ass deer runs across the street and gets hit by the car in front of me only a few feet away, the deer then flew in front of me so i swerved out of the way but it hit my front bumber causing my 66 to jump about a foot in the air and sent me towards the center divider. I pulled hard right to avoid the median and almost flew of the road towards the ditch on the side, so i down shifted and braked so my car spun 4 times in the center lane until it stopped, after all that 3 cars swerved out of the way because i was left in the middle of the street. all in all it was a crazy night and my bumber stopped alot of damage from happining to my car, thats why these cars are built like tanks. the car in front of me was not so lucky, here the pics of the damage which is not really bad

SAME THING HAPPEN TO MY POPZ ABOUT A YEAR AGO ON HIGHWAY 9 GOING TOWARDS SANTA CRUZ ON HIS 1991 MUSTANG 5.0 LX. HIS WHOLE FRONT BUMPER WAS CRASHED SINCE HE STARTED SPINNING AFTER HE MADE CONTACT WITH DEER AND SWERVED TO AVOID HITTING THE DEER BUT IT HAPPEN SO FAST HE CRSHED INTO A DIVIDER AND HIS DROP WAS TOTAL SINCE THE WHOLE FRAME GOT CRASHED.... GOOD THING IS THAT EVERYTHING WAS OK AND UR CAR WAS DRIVABLE ![[Smile]](smile.gif)

thanks man yea it could have been really bad, the good thing is i didnt hit it head on that would have been bad, and almost hitting the median at 55 was the scariest shit ever I thought my baby was gunna be a gonner

yup thats the one, i threw his ass to the median when i hit him, that deer was pritty big too. i just drove by and i didnt see it so i think they took it already unless i missed it
