Ya boys young boxing career may be over. Gonna drink my sorrow away too. I was just at the point where I was gonna start makin a lil money here and there at small prize fights. Got my cast off and doc said there is a good chance my finger will never regain the range of motion back to make a fist fit for boxing. But I still have hoop.
If you drankin tonight pour out a lil liquor for my boxing career...lol

good thing you quit! Cause I was gonna come outta retirement! lol! Unless you are gonna be dedicated full time.There is no need for you at your age to pursue a pro boxing career. There is no such thing as a part time boxer. If your not gonna go all out you are askin to get hurt.

lol...my wife said that too. Bad thing is I am right handed but box southpaw. So technically I can change up to orthodox and maybe make it happen. But I like southpaw.

true, that is why it is not a hard decision for me to bow out. And what you mean at my age foo....!!. ahahahaha. This whole thing started as a bet and I got good. My goal was to fight one professional level boxer. My wife hates it anyway, so she is kinda glad. But I found I loved boxing, it is a straight up rush. I am gonna miss that, if I cant box again.

Well I have some hope. I was able to bend it about 1/2 a inch this morning (Enough to play call of duty...lol). Gonna give it a month to see if I can make a fist.

damn thats too bad i was just about to call you out for a fight....
jk man get a second opinion,my buddy at work hurt his shoulder,one dr told him there was nothing to be done and surgery wouldnt help.he got a second opinion and got the surgery and everything came out good for him...
