I believe it's one of those things you blow into to verify you have no alcohol in your blood before you start the car, something the state requires you to get after a dui sometimes.

Most states require on the 2nd or 3rd dui.....

true.. my cousin in yakima , washington had that thing.. you have to blow on it so the car would start and while your diving every other 15 mintes you have to blow on it and if you fail that thing will shut off on you.lol
