Lately there has been a ton of shit talking on these message boards. Studying law in school and reviewing a few things, I found tons of cases where people saw jail time or other serious charges for internet threats. It is a felony to threaten others over the internet, just like it is by letter, over the phone, or in person. It is harassment and it is a serious situation..
the FCC, local police,FBI..they all take this very seriously and will investigate and prosecute.
Keep that in mind before your online ego speaks too loudly. This is a forum for enthusiasts of the same hobby.

Yea, a lot of the time it is for things most people wouldn't even think are that bad. A number of people have gone to jail for a while for more serious threats to persons or property.

Internet threats are different than shit talk. Freedom of speach, even for the dude that told all black people to leave walmart. Even though we may not agree with each other the first amendment is still FREEDOM OF SPEACH, as long as the speach is not threatening.

I questioned his competence two years ago, he's been on the hunt I guess for a while now then. And he still won't tell me who he actually is. I made a generalized statement about a shop and he got butthurt. Like I said, I have no problem with nextgen, hopefully this guy doesn't hurt there reputation.
