I'm thinking of getting a car that has texas plates and I'm wondering how hard it would be to get cali plates. Its not in dudes name but he has all the paper work.

It wouldn't be hard at all to get Cali plates for it, all it would have to do is pass smog and you're good. However, in regards to the car not being in his name, what's going on with that? Is he financing it or is it under a different individual's name?

Keep the texas plates no smog, roll wit no front license plate and drive around wit blked out tint!

you need the paper work,smog,an the vin verified
the you can get cali plates for it
