last week there was this guy (african american) trying to buy my rims and tried to give me fake money...his LIC# is 6KBK276 drives a white 4banger coupe beat up mustang....cobras still up forsale!!!!

That sucks, people are shady! Was it a deal off Craigslist? I had some assholes trying to sell me a set of wheels for my car, They neglected to tell me one rim had a crack from one side of the wheel to the other! Then the dick tried to tell me "you can get it welded for $100 at a tire store, here's the name of the place that said they'd do it".
