Beyond the Arc Interview
He didn't seem to bright after the moped incident and it seems like the Stephan Jackson attitude rubbed off on him too.
He somehow thinks he plays defense, and is not going to step up and take the team at the reigns like a champ/winner would. On top of all that he has no idea who Raja Bell is and advices the rest of the team to watch more film which I am sure he does a lot of.
Package this fool with Mags and build with a core of Curry, Morrow, Beans, and Randolph.

Sucks Kelenna Azubuike injured his left knee, and probably is out for all or most of the season. Cj Watson has the swine flu, dam the Warriors need all the help they can get for the Cavaliers game later on. Add it all up and the Warriors might have only seven players available Tuesday, and they had only six on the court at practice Monday. Forward Devean George, who has a knee problem and has yet to even practice with the team, was flown to Cleveland, but it wasn't clear whether he could play if needed. Oh well still going to watch the game.

Sounds like your a warrior fan like i am , but i see nothing wrong with that interview, its the stupid coach and upper management that i see the problem is. Look at how many allstars the warriors let go over the past 10 years, and on top of that it took 10 years to actually get a good team on the court and it took management a year to tear it appart ![[Mad]](mad.gif)

I agree management is horrible but these are the answers I have a problem with. They may have been a result of bad management but I feel our "all star" player should not act of feel this way. Except for a few stars, all stars show a drive to win on and off the court and lead by example.
Q: Will you have to do more to make up for the loss?
A: “I’m not (going to) put no more on my back. Somebody else gone have to step up. I’m not gonna do more, somebody else gone have to step up and take on the role that Jack had and be that player. But I’m not putting no more extra on my back.”
We pay him star money and since the Jrich trade we have designated him as one of our franchise players. We let go Jrich for him and he was a guy that would put the team on his back (successfully or not is a different question) but his attitude would be unquestionable. Monta basically says he is not going to do jack shit. There is something wrong when your supposedly "star" player has a lazy attitude and lacks the drive and leadership to be one. Where is the drive to win?!
Q: What do you guys lose with Jack gone?
A: “No. 1, besides his scoring and the ability to make the extra pass. What we’ve been emphasizing the whole time is defense. That’s one of our best defenders on the team. And we’re trying to get better as a defensive team. And now, who we got now that’s going to play defense? We got me. And who else?”
This is bull shit. His scrawny ass can't play defense and the fact that he thinks he does is completely stupid. Everyone knows he needs a bigger guard to play along side him to switch off because he can't defend a bigger guard.
Q: What’s going to be the key going forward?
A: “Our young guys gotta pay more attention and learn the game more. They probably need to watch more film and sit back and really evaluate the game more, and better.”
I don't like how throughout the interview he separates "him" from the "team." All I heard was I do this, I do that and I can't do anymore. It should be WE need to play defense, watch film, and learn the game.

warriors management is garbage their the reason why all the turmoil is goin on all the players wanting to leave.Nelson is a pos who needs to be fired everywhere he goes he wears out his welcome and star players want to leave.He's old and disinterested in coaching this team and its youth,and worse of all they don't play defense and have no big men.He starts 6"5 guys at power forward and has guards defend power forwards what a fuckin idiot.Seems like so long since the warriors were riding high in the 07-08 seasons with baron davis and j-rich.

Yesterday's game was pretty damn good. I knew Radmanovic was someone to look forward to! I cant wait to see what a full squad would look like.
