I have a 1990 lx hatch back 5.0, runs good, just passed smog, registration is up to date, interior is decent, just lowered it 3 inches in the front and 2 1/4 in the back, its primered black......I wasn't gunna sell it but my co-worker offered me 1500 for it and idk if its a good deal or if I should ask for more
EDIT: heres the car

Its an automatic, with 91,xxx miles and it was over heating but I replaced the radiator hose and it doesn't overheat anymore.....it does need a new battery but it still runs fine with the one that's in it....and it is not salvaged from what I kno

Convert your 82 using this car as a donor and find a 5 speed then you are set.

If its running good /better than when you bought it, I say just keep it. Honestly, if you needed the money, I'd sell the 82 and then fix this one up with the money.

1500 is a good price, how is the interior? I would keep the 82 tho. A little more rare (IMO)

The interior is in ok condition, its grey leather.....and I want to keep both that was my original plan but I could really use 1500 dollars

No love for 4 eyes here, dude. But if I was to say so myself, and as mentioned above, keep the 82, you don't see them often. I love my 87-93s, they're responsible for giving me 5.0L fever anyway, but everyone's get them.
If anything use the money you get from the sale and mod your 82.
