I was reminded fathers day who Karma was. I was pretty much writing it off and stopped beliveing in Karma.
Yet when being slapped in the face with a 130 mph ticket, facing 2 more points on top of my already 4 points, facing a suspended license and close to $2000 in time, fee's I've quickly come to the conclusion Karma is in fact real and very much a BITCH!
The officer was seriously under the impression I was trying to run from him for about 2 or 3 miles. After being cuffed, searched, questioned then detained I was spared going to jail. Given a very large ticket and was told to go on my way.
Wish me luck in the courts
ps. What have I done for Karma to wield its ugly head you ask? Sorry but that information is not available for discussion.

Absolutely correct that Karma does not forget. He/she/it LOL, whatever Karma is- comes back!!! I have felt his power too. BTW... I know an attorney in the Hayward area that may be able to help. PM if you want info.

I think this one was the intent to do wrong. I hadent done the deed yet but was very much planning to. After the ticket I've decided maybe it be best I just lay low for a while. This will be a long long court proceeding.
I've contacted a lawyer yesterday and he has been able to get many over 100 mph tickets dissmissed in court so we'll see what heppeneds.
I wasn't arrested so that is a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE plus.
thanks guys free stickers still here, sorry no whites though.

Clearly running very good! Ride was hella fun and not so hard with the cramp buster i picked up. Will never remove that thing. Best $11 I ever spent. Is a 700 mile round trip going to burn 1/2 quart of oil cause that is what was needed when I got home.

I'm inocent until proven guilty. I may have been slowing down from 151 mph on highway 5 but I would neeever do that. He said I went by him at 90 then clipped up to 130 so he thought I was running. I never saw or heard him. When on the side of the road I heard him tell dispatch or who ever that he had nothing left in the car, said it was pegged. It was a crown vic.
I'm trying to get it down to at least 90 or dismissed completely. Last year I got a letter from the dmv saying one more of ANYTHING and I lose the license, but that was a year ago so we'll see.
I have a feeling this will be very expensive, time consuming and ugly. Fuck it though,...lesson learned and moving on. Thankfull I wasn't arrested is all.

J you know I like you dude, and you being a responsible young man I know this goes without saying. But you were being very irresponsible driving at that type of speed. Hell a ticket and a fine I would be happy with. You could have easily injured yourself or Lord forbid killed yourself. I have a friend that was hauling ass like that on a empty stretch of road and lost his life. Now I help his wife from time to time raise his kids. Becareful man, simple bad decisions can sometimes cost more than your license.
But I am sure you know this. Just had to say this, because your situation brought that situation to mind.

Yeah it's in my top 10 of most dumbest things I've done. There are days when I start getting suited up to ride to work or something and get a freeky feeling about it. Those days I'll change my mind and take the car. I should know better by now. Besides my kids deserve a dad growing up, none of my friends are buying a bike to ride with and I actually like being able to walk and talk,... so depending out the outcome of all this I may be selling it off and cutting my losses.
If I play my cards right with the wife maybe I can get another toy of some kind if I tell her I'm willing to sell it. Maybe a cruiser instead.
