Hard to tell. Obviously the dude was pissed for getting a ticket because the cop was talking very sternly to the dude. But then again, when you hear the dude talk, he sounds kinda old.

That was an accident. If you see him turn on is left blinker as to turn onto the road. He just happen to have it in reverse instead.
