anybody know a place that can do it? I just want to get a fresh surface on them. doesnt need much if any. personal preference

pretty much anywhere that does brakes, i know it takes a while because you cant take too much off at a time or it will chatter "vibrate". i think you can only take like 2 thousanths off at a time
